We make three different varieties. Berloumi from cow’s milk with herbs, a Berloumi Bio made with organic milk and a Berloumi Goat made with only goat’s milk.

In De Zuivelarij we process milk from local farmers into unique dairy products. The farmers each produce the milk for a single product. This way we further shorten the chain between the farmer and the consumer and the farmer knows back where his milk goes.
