In our Zuivelarij, we believe in the short chain. But we also believe that the chain should not be too short. Although there are examples that prove otherwise. Any farmer who processes his own milk is neither ecological nor economic.
In our cheese-making facility, we aim to process milk from some local farms into unique dairy products such as our Berloumi, Labneh and viVie. In an efficient, innovative and food-safe way. In doing so, we pair each product to a farm.
In this way, we want to strengthen the bond between farmers, producers and consumers.
