Cette tortilla a base de pommes de terre et d&rsquo;\u0153ufs est mang\u00e9e froide ou chaude. Sandra Bekkari nous a inspir\u00e9 (NMD 2, page 159) mais nous avons utilis\u00e9 notre propre <a href=\"https:\/\/berloumi.be\/ricotta\/?lang=fr\">Ricotta de Berloumi.<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/berloumi.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/Tortilla-met-jonge-spinazie-kerstomaatjes-en-ricotta-1024x519.jpg\" alt=\"tortillla, \u00e9pinards, ricotta, tomates cerises, tortilla de pommes de terre\n\" class=\"wp-image-2946\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le m\u00e9lange de ricotta<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00e9langez <strong>300 grammes de ricotta de Berloumi<\/strong> avec <strong>6 \u0153ufs<\/strong> et <strong>50 grammes de lait.<\/strong> Epicez avec <strong>du sel<\/strong> et <strong>du poivre<\/strong>. <em>La texture de la ricotta de notre <a href=\"https:\/\/dezuivelarij.be\">Zuivelarij<\/a> est toujours un peu granuleuse. Pour rendre le grain plus petit, vous pouvez mettre le mixeur \u00e0 main dans le m\u00e9lange de ricotta. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/berloumi.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/Ei-ricotta-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2949\" width=\"500\" height=\"309\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les pommes de terre<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Faites cuire <strong>400 grammes des pommes de terre cireuses <\/strong>et laissez les refroidir. Lavez et s\u00e9chez <strong>600 grammes de jeunes \u00e9pinards.<\/strong> Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de couper finement les grandes feuilles d&rsquo;\u00e9pinards. Hachez et \u00e9crasez <strong>une gousse d\u2019ail.<\/strong> Faites cuire les \u00e9pinards avec l\u2019ail \u00e0 feu vif. Laissez \u00e9vaporer l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 et laisse l&rsquo; \u00e9goutter bien dans un tamis. Poussez l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 avec vos mains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Coupez les pommes de terre en petits morceaux ou en tranches et d\u00e9posez les en vrac avec les \u00e9pinards dans un plat de cuisson suffisamment spacieux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Compiler la tortilla de pommes de terre.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Versez, dans un plat de cuisson convenable et faible, le m\u00e9lange de ricotta sur les pommes de terre et les \u00e9pinards. Coupez <strong>200 grammes de tomates cerises<\/strong> en deux. Placez-les sur le m\u00e9lange avec le bord coupant vers le haut. Assaisonnez avec <strong>d\u2019herbes proven\u00e7ales<\/strong> et avec <strong>50 grammes de parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/berloumi.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/Kerstomaatjes-tortilla-1024x588.jpg\" alt=\"Tortilla de pommes de terre\" class=\"wp-image-2947\" width=\"500\" height=\"307\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Faites cuire au four \u00e0 200 \u00b0C pendant 20 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Le choix du plat de cuisson est important. Choisissez un plat allant au four qui est juste assez grand. <em>Si n\u00e9cessaire, recouvrez le plat de cuisson avec du papier sulfuris\u00e9 sur les bords. Il est ainsi plus facile de retirer la tortilla de pommes de terre du plat de cuisson.
