Surtout dans une recette avec des \u00e9pinards o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on veut le moins d&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 possible. Les \u00e9pinards surgel\u00e9s que nous \u00e9gouttons pendant longtemps en combinaison avec ricotta de <a href=\"https:\/\/berloumi.be\">Berloumi<\/a> donneront les cannellonis aux \u00e9pinards parfaits. Pr\u00e9parez une recette de cannelloni est assez compliqu\u00e9. C&rsquo;est pourquoi que nous le faisons pour huit personnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La farce des cannellonis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9gouttez <strong>750 g d\u2019\u00e9pinards congel\u00e9s <\/strong> (feuille tranch\u00e9e) pendant une heure ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il vous reste environ 500 g d\u2019\u00e9pinards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Si vous utilisez des \u00e9pinards frais, <strong>ne le faites pas<\/strong> avec de jeunes \u00e9pinards (= sans go\u00fbt) mais utilisez des feuilles d&rsquo;\u00e9pinards adultes que vous blanchissez tr\u00e8s bri\u00e8vement et que vous \u00e9gouttez suffisamment longtemps. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-large is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>nous utilisons des \u00e9pinards congel\u00e9s. Ils sont plus facile \u00e0 \u00e9goutter, tout aussi savoureux et au moins aussi nutritif.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Dans notre recette de cannelloni, nous pr\u00e9parons d&rsquo;abord une sauce tomate \u00e0 verser sur les cannellonis farcis. Nous n&rsquo;allons pas vous expliquer comment la pr\u00e9parer mais au final, il faut environ 1,2 l de sauce tomate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00e9langez <b>800 grammes ricotta de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.berloumi.be\">Berloumi<\/a><\/b><a href=\"http:\/\/www.berloumi.be\"> <\/a>avec <strong>2 \u0153ufs,<\/strong> des \u00e9pinards \u00e9goutt\u00e9s, <strong>150<\/strong> grammes de<b> Mozzarella moulue, 80 grammes de parmesan, 1 gousse d\u2019ail \u00e9cras\u00e9e et finement hach\u00e9e,<\/b>et un peu de <strong>muscade.<\/strong> Assaisonnez de <strong>sel et<\/strong> de poivre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/berloumi.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Ricotta-spinazie-voor-cannelloni-vulling-Middel-1140x684.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7874\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Vous pouvez ajouter d\u2019autres l\u00e9gumes \u00e0 feuilles et des herbes vertes tels que la roquette, persil feuille, endive, basilic frais, &#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-large is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Remplacez une partie des \u00e9pinards par de la roquette et la farce sera miraculeusement &#8230; avoir plus le go\u00fbt des \u00e9pinards. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Remplir les cannellonis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cannelloni avec des feuilles de p\u00e2tes fra\u00eeches<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Pour faire cette recette de cannellonis avec des feuilles de p\u00e2tes fra\u00eeches, vous avez besoin de <strong>24 morceaux ou environ 400 g de feuilles de p\u00e2tes fra\u00eeches.<\/strong> \u00c0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re, d\u00e9poser <strong>60 g de farce<\/strong> sur la partie inf\u00e9rieure de la feuille de p\u00e2tes et roulez-les dans le sens de la longueur. Divisez 1\/3 de la sauce tomate dans deux plats de cuisson et placez-y les cannellonis roul\u00e9s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cannelloni avec des tubes de p\u00e2tes pr\u00e9cuits<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Remplissez une poche \u00e0 douille (jetable) avec le m\u00e9lange de ricotta et d&rsquo;\u00e9pinards. Ne mettez pas le sac trop plein. N&rsquo;y mettez pas d&#8217;embout, mais coupez le sachet de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que l&#8217;embout soit l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus petit que votre tubes de cannelloni. Avec cette quantit\u00e9 de frace, vous pouvez remplir environ 40 cannellonis.
