C&rsquo;est pourquoi nous consacrons cette page enti\u00e8re \u00e0 la combinaison classique de ces deux ingr\u00e9dients libanais et moyen-orientaux. <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:48px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-labneh-met-ingelegde-citroen-za-atar-en-munt\">Labneh au citrons confits, za&rsquo;atar et menthe.<\/h2>\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Pour cette recette, nous avons fait les courses chez <a href=\"https:\/\/www.colruyt.be\/fr\">Colruyt<\/a>. Depuis peu, on y trouve des citrons confits et du za&rsquo;atar. Il ne leur reste plus qu&rsquo;\u00e0 vendre notre Labneh &#8230;<br\/>Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une pr\u00e9paration tr\u00e8s simple, mais il faut faire attention \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sentation.<\/p>\n\n<p>Hachez quelques citrons confits en morceaux et hachez grossi\u00e8rement <strong>50 grammes de pistaches<\/strong>. \u00c9talez <strong>le contenu d&rsquo;un pot de notre Labneh<\/strong> sur une assiette et creusez quelques puits avec le dos d&rsquo;une cuill\u00e8re.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Garnissez le labneh de <strong>morceaux de citron confit<\/strong> et de pistaches et dressez <strong>un peu d&rsquo;huile (d&rsquo;ail)<\/strong> de mani\u00e8re strat\u00e9gique dans les puits. Saupoudrez le <strong>za&rsquo;atar<\/strong> ici et l\u00e0 sur le labneh, mais pas seulement sur le citron.
