Placez un triple papier de cuisine pli\u00e9 sur le pot ouvert et retournez la ricotta sur le papier de cuisine. Posez-le et tamponnez les bords et le dessus bien sec. Vous pouvez pousser un peu pour obtenir plus d\u2019humidit\u00e9 de la ricotta. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-column2-1\/1\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/berloumi.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Ricotta-in-kruidenolie-570x570.jpg\" alt=\"Ricotta avec herbes et huile d&#x2019;olive\" class=\"wp-image-3272\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00e9langez la ricotta s\u00e8che avec l\u2019huile d\u2019olive et des herbes. Ajoutez un peu de sel et de poivre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Vous pouvez remplacer l\u2019huile par la farine. Nous n&rsquo;avons pas encore trouv\u00e9 ce que nous aimons le plus.<\/em> <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">Ricotta infornata avec tomates cerises<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 200 \u00b0C. Dans un plat allant au four, faites une huile \u00e9pic\u00e9e et aromatique \u00e0 base <strong>de 5 cl d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/strong> avec du sel, du poivre et des <strong>herbes proven\u00e7ales.<\/strong> Faites passer <strong>400 grammes de tomates cerises<\/strong> \u00e0 travers l\u2019huile et mettez les de c\u00f4t\u00e9. Remuez d\u00e9licatement la ricotta dans l&rsquo;huile. Assurez vous que toutes les parties sont bien huil\u00e9es et laissez la ricotta dans le plat allant au four.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-column1-1\/2\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/berloumi.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/IMG_0515-2-1140x570.jpg\" alt=\"ricotta, infornata\" class=\"wp-image-2982\" \/><\/figure>\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"> faites cuire la ricotta au four chaud pendant environ 30 minutes. Apr\u00e8s 20 minutes, ajoutez les tomates cerises. Faites cuire la ricotta jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle ait une belle cro\u00fbte. Si n\u00e9cessaire, utilisez la grille du four. Servez le avec du pain. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Il est n\u00e9cessaire de pr\u00e9chauffer le four. Utilisez le paprika, l\u2019oignon, l\u2019aubergine, &#8230; mais \u00e9vitez trop d\u2019humidit\u00e9 dans le four parce qu&rsquo; autrement la ricotta ne tournera pas bien brun.<\/em> <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Nous avons coup\u00e9 notre <a href=\"\/berloumi.be\/ricotta\">Ricotta <\/a>en deux horizontalement, et laissez passer par la farine. Nous avions assaisonn\u00e9 la farine avec de la poudre d&rsquo;ail, du sel et du poivre. Placez les disques de Ricotta dans un four \u00e0 200 \u00b0C et retournez-les apr\u00e8s dix minutes.
