Laisser refroidir et hacher en gros morceaux irr\u00e9guliers. <\/p>\n\n<p>D\u00e9notauyez 25 olives noires et les couper en gros morceaux. Ajoutez une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;origan frais ou une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&rsquo;origan s\u00e9ch\u00e9. Ajoutez \u00e9galement une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de persil frais, le zeste de deux citrons et une gousse d&rsquo;ail finement hach\u00e9e. M\u00e9langez le tout avec 10 cl d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Ajoutez les noix au m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;huile.
