Dat laatste is vaak het hoofdingredi\u00ebnt. Wij maken deze salade in de <strong>herfst<\/strong> met een overvloed aan kervel en heel lekkere <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dezuivelarij.be\/wortelen-roosteren\">geroosterde wortelen<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:70px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/labneh.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Labneh-geroosterde-wortelen-en-taboul&#xE9;-met-wortelsap-1140x760.jpg\" alt=\"tabouleh, \" class=\"wp-image-1077\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<div style=\"height:70px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tabouleh-maken\"><strong>Tabouleh maken<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Bereid de <strong>couscous of bulgur<\/strong> zoals je dat anders zou doen of zoals het op de verpakking staat aangegeven. In dit recept vervang je echter het water of de bouillon door wortelsap.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:70px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-default is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We moeten er eerlijk over zijn: wortelsap heeft een wat verdufte, stoffige en onaangename kookgeur. Maar in deze couscousbereiding merk je daar nauwelijks iets van. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<div style=\"height:70px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Wanneer de couscous gaar is, meng je hem met <strong>veel olijfolie<\/strong>. Daarna laat je hem afkoelen. Meng de koude couscous met <strong>citroensap<\/strong>, <strong>zout<\/strong> en de <strong>veel verse kervel<\/strong>, waarvan je enkel de blaadjes met zachte steeltjes gebruikt. De tabouleh een dag of twee bewaren kan zeker, maar hij is natuurlijk <strong>lekkerder<\/strong> wanneer je hem sneller opeet.
