Dairy from short-chain agriculture<\/h2>\n\n

Short-chain agriculture means for us:<\/p>\n\n

One farm -> One dairy product. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

For example, the milk for our Berloumi comes from Koen & Annick<\/a>‘s farm. In turn, the milk for our labneh comes from Gert & Leen<\/a>‘s sheeps farm <\/p>\n\n

It is important to us that the farmer knows where his milk goes<\/strong>. Our farmers get a fair price. We assume that this makes them more responsible with their animals and their environment. In this way, we want to strengthen the bond between farmers, producers and consumers. That’s the importance of short-chain agriculture.<\/p>\n\n

In our cheese factory, we turn their milk into original, innovative and food-safe dairy products.<\/p>\n\n
