The Zuivelarij was founded in 2014 by David. Initially, the intention was to make some dairy products on a small scale, as a hobby, using milk from local farmers. <\/mark>But our Berloumi <\/a>grillable cheese quickly became a big success, which allowed us to grow. Meanwhile, we specialize in creative<\/strong>, less common, Mediterranean dairy products<\/strong>, often with culinary applications. Thus, our hobby quickly grew into a thriving, ambitious, local and innovative business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We make each product with milk from one unique farm<\/strong>. Our cheeses can be found in many local food stores and on markets <\/strong>throughout Belgium and at retailers such as Okay<\/a>, Spar<\/a>, Colruyt<\/a>, Jumbo<\/a>, Albert Heijn<\/a> and Delhaize<\/a>. You also often come across our products at restaurants. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

In our dairy, we are fascinated by innovation, quality (IFS), technology and creativity. In the next few years, we would like to continue to grow in order to invest in new technology and pronominalization. <\/mark>Because the true handcraft lies in development and progress.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
